Ordinance 8-1-6 states grass which exceeds eight inches is a public nuisance. If owner or occupant neglects to cut any lawns as required, they will be given five days to comply. If after five days compliance has not been met, the city crew shall mow the lawn and said charge shall be assessed against the property.

Brush pickup is the last Thursday of the month. One load of brush or bag of leaves will be accepted for each residence per month. For anything in excess of the limit the City compost site is open daily to the public, located on Rustic Lane. Please empty bags onto the pile and take the empty bags with you.
